Office Technology Certification Program |

Cost of All components $950
The Office Tech Program is endorsed by the Franklin Grand Isle Workforce
Investment Board and approved for VSAC non-degree grant funding to qualified individuals.
The complete program requires a commitment for a full semester (Jan 2011 to June 2011) plus a two week unpaid internship.
Students are required to participate in the Return To Learning Workshop

Feb 16 | Workplace Communiction focuses on developing the skills needed to succeed in the workplace. March 22 | This program is for those who work or wish to work in customer service. The focus is on service business philosophy, work ethics, dealing effectively with people, first impressions, challenging customers, conflict resolution, handling complaints, stress management, telephone skills and more.
